We take bookings from one night to several months. Talk to us about your cat holiday requirements and we will work out a solution for you. There is a minimum charge of $35 per booking. Days are charged as booked including the day of arrival and departure. We do not offer part or half day charges. In the event of cancellation or a change of booking dates we reserve the right to charge for time booked but not taken.
Please note: We are available for bookings from September to July.
We accept payment by EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cash. Long stay of over 30 days entitles you to a 10% discount off your final bill. Internet banking payments can be made to 02-1253-0063653-000, please put your cat's name as a reference.
All days between 22nd December to 5th January will be charged an additional $5.00 per cat per day. Reception will be closed on 25th December 26th December and 1st & 2nd January.
Christmas & New Year bookings require a $100 deposit to be paid by 31 October.Please note that once the booking and dates are confirmed, this deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another booking unless agreed with Selwyn Cattery prior to the booking.
There will be an extra charge of $5 per guest for public holidays.
All cats must be fully vaccinated within the last two years. A certificate from your vet or the pet vaccination record book verifying this is required on arrival.
Please ensure your cat has been treated for and is free from fleas and worms prior to their visit. If we need to treat your cat for these there will be a charge for this.
We reserve the right to make suitable arrangements for any cat left in our care if contact is not made by the owner or their representative by 14 days after the agreed collection date or after due notice in writing has been given. This will not release the client from liability for any unpaid fees or collection charges.
